Delta Mechanical installed a toilet that was purchased from Home Depot. The tank had a crack from the trip lever to the bottom of the tank. When the installer left, the floor was covered in water. We tried to get delta to come back and replace the tank that Home Depot had pulled from another unit in stock. That is when the real problems started. In my life, I was never treated as rudely and unprofessionally as I was by their customer service reps. My calls went unanswered and when I talked to someone I was called a liar. I would tell everyone that I know not to deal with theses people. I finally hired a handyman to come and install new tank as we were without a toilet for 6 days.
