    stii to this day have received any help!

    one I was never aware that they had a contractors license. was told by oxnard they contact out there jobs.two I filled in the app for much needed repairs on my home 2012 was told by Felipe Flores/cic that my app would be keept on file for the next job 5 yrs now when I questioned STEVEN J..DWYER E.D.he sent me a letter oct 4 2014 for 1 stating they have no funds from simi valley where I live(apr.35 miles away) and informing me that I have to fill in a request app. (all ready done) what the heck.there has been 5 grants (which I have news clippings of some of them even stating Habitat For Humanity was able to apply for.They never did(why?) this is what I was informed by city council.Hope some one there reads this and can see the problem here and will take it seriously.My name is Linda Crosnoe 1493 Sorrel St. Simi valley ca 93065 I am now 70yrs old seems at my age maybe its because of my age RIGHT? Reply should be seen as necessary given the time I have waited,.I am even in more

    "The job that Sunrun did was good. The way they handled the overall job was very nice. I was quite happy with the way they related to me. It's always nice to have conversations with them since they are were accomodating. They were also very prompt in terms of finishing the upgrade and they also stayed within the limits of the discussed budget. I recommend Sunrun to my friends and family all the time!

    I do not recommend wasting your time on this company. We waited a few weeks for an estimate and they never showed up, then said they can reschedule for a few more weeks out. The day before our estimate they attempted to call to confirm the appointment. They dialed the wrong area code so marked that they had the wrong number on file. The day after the scheduled appointment I finally got ahold of someone there (after 4 attempts). I asked when our appointment was scheduled because I knew it was that week but wasn't sure the exact day. I had my dog in the house all day the day of the scheduled appointment. On the phone I said I knew it was this week and wanted to confirm the date so I can let the dog outside since I had him inside for 2 days now. They said they will have to look it up and call me back. I spoke to the office manager who stated she was the one who called the day before I was unable to confirm the appointment. I asked if she possibly dialed the wrong area code, she said no, I've been doing this for 30 years I know to check the area code. I dialed the number with their area code and confirmed she did in fact dial the wrong number! She said that Bobby said he came to our house but the dog was out. First of all, they couldn't tell me what time that was. Second, if the dog was out, which he wasn't, wouldn't they ring the door bell to ask us to put the dog away. Third, why wouldn't you notify us when you arrive to do the estimate? Lastly, if, which it didn't happen, but if the dog was out, the dog has a separate part of the yard and they wouldn't even know the dog was in the back until they have walked all the way in the backyard.

    Well when I told the office manager that I was frustrated with this amd thought this whole thing was ridiculous she got upset with me, stated she couldn't do business with us and then hung up on me.
