Joe was recommended by my architect for a commercial remodel in Davis, and I'm so grateful to both of them for their wonderful work. Unique property on steep hill - windstorm damage underneath the house. Great first impression, brought his project manager who generated creative ideas. Had to wait several months because they were so busy but did show up, did great work, and were out of here in time for the agreed deadline. Super team and would definitely refer them.

Albertazzi Construction Inc. expanded my family room, added a garage, put new lights in the existing garage, added a sunroom, re-roofed the entire house and painted the outside of the house. We are extremely pleased with the results and have no complaints about the work and results. Joe was very flexible, enabling us to make changes throughout the construction but still keeping us in budget. Joe really cared that we had a good experience during all phases. For example, over the summer a friend having similar construction (moving the air conditioner, pouring a new foundation, pouring a new slab for the air conditioner) was without air conditioning for two months. But Joe figured out a way to elevate our air conditioner, pour the new foundation under it, do the framing and later moving the air conditioner to its new pad with only a 4 hour period without air conditioning! Very nice. I would definitely use him again.

We have just completed our kitchen remodeling, including new countertops, backsplashes, range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and cabinet renovation including knob installation. The whole project was handled by Albertazzi Construction including ordering appliances. so was totally user friendly for us. In addition, since we had to be out of our kitchen this whole time, we appreciated the rapid and efficient scheduling and completion. At every step, we received phone reports, updates and plans which gave us a feeling of total security. Don't know how Joe can do it all and still maintain courteous and compassionate communication.
