We have been a Brothers customer for over 15 years. Our house has 2 HVAC units and we replaced one in 2016 and 1 in 2017. Brothers replaced both of them and we are pleased with their service.
One suggestion, price appears to be negotiable based on how busy they are. Both our units were replaced in early spring and we were able to get good discounts.

Brothers installed a water heater without any problems. I had them quote another project, but they were extremely high to my way of thinking, so I didn't use them.
