    think 10 times before you buy a home from the.I bought a new home from shea last year in Brentwood by vineyard.
    everything is defective elec, ac, poor insalation and more.
    and I hear the same from my neighbors
    I thought I'm buying a quality home. haha
    customer service sucks.
    pulte builds better homes
    I will never buy another home from them.
    look up the company they hired to install the HVAC. BLUE MOUNTAIN AIR.

    0 stars. We are going through the designing phase & experiencing the horrible customer service from Shea
    When we called or emailed for quick question, either No respond or days delayed, our designer Diane told us we can only ask question at appointment meeting.
    They have no basic of customer service and very rude. Not recommend Shea homes to anyone.

    My experience with Shea Homes was bad. They build a typical Florida home most are concrete block, quality is average, provided appliances poor, finish work marginal. The quality of products used in construction average to low quality, poor quality lawns. They are built to code but code in minimum standard and does not get you high marks. Overall they are OK
