Worst experience buying a home from this company. After buying the attached home it took me 4 months to learn my water lines were crossed with my neighbors. Then another 2 months for the builder to come through to fix it. Did they reimburse me for the water consumption because my neighbors that had 3 people and ran there sprinklers 5 days a week? No. Then within the first 6-8 months the poor workmanship extended to the fence that would just almost fall over. It took them 3 different times to come out and fix it. Each time it would take 4-6 weeks for them to respond to fix it. Finally two years later it came time to sell my house. The inspector noticed dryer lint leaking into my attic. Upon further inspection the contractor never placed dryer vent for the dryer exhausted. They just taped it up against the inside of the roof in the attic. A fire hazard? Absolutely. Luckily they came out to fix it because of the home buyers warranty the contract. I asked the contractor if he would reimburse me the $129 for the dryer vent service I had to hire because the lint had nowhere to go because of the careless mistake on their part. He told me he would. It has been three months now and I contacted him twice. Shyster.
If you want questionable workmanship where it matters most hire this bunch of clowns.
