Elite Construction

Elite construction came into our apartment complex to put on new doors. It has been an absolute nightmare. My door does not shut all the way, light shines through on the top and the bottom and the sides, they painted The brick beside the door and said that was normal when you're painting a door, they super glued our apartment numbers on the door and a lot of them are just falling to the ground. They damaged my floor, my pantry and left paint on the inside of my house along with dirt and nails and screws. If I'm able to upload pictures, I'll add them to my review.

Up front, professional and helpful working with my insurance company. The removed 3 layers of shingles and brought my roof up to code by re-decking the entire thing. They were able to finish my home in one day and a few hours the next day to finish a garage. They picked up the debris and was mindful of our landscaping. Great job!

Great workers, very passionate about their jobs and get it done right the first time

We have been experiencing some crazy weather lately here in Colorado! I had some serious hail damage to a few of y rental properties. I found Elite online and decided to give them call. They were professional from paperwork to restoration!! I was pleased with the price and the job has already been completed!! Would recommend to a friend or a stranger.

We are selling our house and needed a roof put on quickly before we listed. Steve came out, gave us an estimate, and was able to get started within just a few days. The crew showed up and worked their tails off. Took the old roof off and installed the new one in a day! It looks great and we are hoping will help us sell the house. Steve was a joy to work with, and answered all of our questions. Elite Construction did a great job amd we would use them again.

My wife and I needed to have a 15 x 30 x 6' slab, and a 65 foot sidewalk put in. We did our homework, and got multiple bids. Elite excelled from the start ! They worked with our schedule, were on site for every step of the project, communicated with us daily, and went above and beyond when I had concerns over drainage. They came out one evening with a landscaper and their excavation people, and in less than 30 minutes my concerns were totally resolved. Kathryn worked for our business, and delivered promptly on every promise! From excavation to cleanup, they exceeded my expectations!

My experience with Elite Construction was positive from the start. My insurance company, at first , denied my claim for roof damage. Elite Construction walked me through the process of challenging their findings. We requested a second inspection and presented them with pictures and documentation that could not be refuted. Not only did my insurance pay but, Elite also got the manufacturer of the previous shingles to pay on the remaining warranty of the old roof. I could not be happier. The new roof is beautiful. Steve and his crew remodeled my basement . I did get 3 quotes to do my project . Steve took the time to work on the details to meet our design specs . He also was able to beat the all the other estimates . We were a little hesitant as we still wanted the quality of work to be above par. In the end it came about outstanding ! The wife and I think a great thing about this company is they came back to make changes as we requested and fix a few minor flaws. We are extremely pleased and will highly recommend !

I called Elite to get information and an estimate on some remodeling I wanted done on my house. They came out, gave me several options, very professional, and I loved the way they met with my Insurance Company to get my claim approved and negotiated for me. All said and done, my claim and my side remodeling made my home so much more like the way I wanted it!!! Elite has done 2 residential roofs for me in the last few months and they came out perfect. Their sales staff advised me to upgrade my shingle when I wouldn't have thought to do so--- the result was about a 2% increase in total cost for not only a better looking shingle but one with a lifetime warranty. I am a remodeling contractor and will not only use them for all my investment projects but also refer Elite Construction to all my customers and friends.
