I finally have some time to put in my late review. By far I would NOT recommend to any of my friends. Prior to hiring, we did a walkthrough of the house and explained the ideas that I wanted to do and told the “project manager”, Ofri, that the house was all original from when it was built in the 1950’s. Even after that, I told him that the electrical was original. After signing the contract, he said that he didn’t know that the electrical needed to be redone and that it was going to require a change order at an additional $33,600. This was 1 of around 8 change orders that needed to be done because of things the “project manager” didn’t know. Total amount on top of my original contract was roughly an additional $67,500. This is approximately 70% of my original contract price! Some of the change orders were for the correction of other peoples mistakes, which I didn’t feel I should pay for, but Ofri kept begging and asked me to pay for it as a “friend”. I got guilted out of my hard earned money! For someone who does this profession for a living, I would think would know some of these basic things. Majority of the time, it was myself speaking with the 1 person doing majority of the work. Yes you read that correctly, 1 person doing the majority of the remodel. Originally I was told it would be a team. The worker would even sleep over at the house and use the downstairs shower! I know this because I would occasionally drop off items early morning and would hear snoring coming from 1 of the bedrooms. Also my downstairs shower was used as storage, and everything got removed out and my toilet paper holder went missing. Mind you that I would perform walkthroughs with Ofri, and I would tell him the grievances I had with some of the work not being up to my expectations. His response would always be “Well that is how it is. It’s minor.”. I told him that if I knew how to do all the work myself, I wouldn’t be paying this company to do it. I pretty much tried to explain to him that the house is like an old car that I want restored. You wouldn’t pay a lot of money and expect a shop to give you back a car that has scratches in the new paint job or the door sometimes doesn’t close properly. Talking about doors, I showed up to the house unexpectedly one day and saw that my entire garage door was taken off the tracks and everything! Speaking with the worker, he said he had to for extra support, which is understandable if it was really needed. But after that, my garage door was damaged, paint missing, there’s a gap between the door when it’s closed and the frame, and my garage door doesn’t even work properly anymore that I’ll have to probably replace the entire thing! When telling this to the Ofri, he said that the garage motor was old and it will need to be replaced anyways. Prior to any work, my garage door would open and close with zero gaps perfectly! My bathroom remodel, the original work had tiles that were cracked and grout was used like glue to piece them back together, tiles were scratched, and grout was showing everywhere. At this point I called Ofri and asked if the bathroom work was complete, which he said yes. I requested a walkthrough with him and showed him the work and asked him if he was me and was paying all this money, would the work be acceptable to him which at this point he said no. Then he asked the worker what’s going on and why did it look like this and he couldn’t answer. Pretty much the almost brand new bathroom had to be torn apart again and redone. By this time, the original look I wanted wasn’t even available to purchase anymore so I had to look for different finishes and tiles again. There are plenty more horror stories, but I feel my review has been somewhat detailed enough of why I’m not happy with hiring this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

    Bathroom Remodel project

I hired HQR for a small-ish job. They did a pretty good job overall, although there were a few instances where the plans weren't followed very closely, and we had to backtrack and redo some things to make it fit. (There was also an incident with a fire sprinkler discharging, which may or may not have been related to the work.)

Avi is very responsive as a project manager and great with customer service and communication. I think there's a bit to be desired though in terms of attention to detail and organization.

But overall I'm pretty pleased with the end result!

    Master bathroom remodel

HQR just completed a master bathroom remodel for us. We would use them again without hesitation! We had a shower waterproofing failure from our previous remodel that forced us to tear out a large tiled shower and tiled floor. Amir was our project manager, and gave us a prompt and thorough quote. Given that the waterproofing problem was the only reason we were doing the project, I asked a lot of detailed questions about how they planned to do certain steps. Amir was able to answer my questions to my satisfaction, and made me feel confident that HQR knew what they were doing. We found Amir to be very friendly, easy to communicate with, refreshingly honest, and transparent. He was more than willing to entertain my questions and make sure that my concerns were satisfied. He double-checked the quantity of materials we were ordering, which helped avoid a likely delay.

Daniel was the foreman. He and his team are very experienced with tile, which was perfect since our job required a lot of tile work - specifically large format tiles. Daniel and his team did a truly outstanding job. They had excellent craftsmanship, and took pride in their work. They had specialists for different tasks rather than trying to be a jack-of-all-trades. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. I appreciated how well they cleaned up the workspace and surrounding areas at the end of each day. Everyone wore masks consistently due to Covid. Ron, the owner, stopped by a couple of times to check on progress and make sure standards were being upheld (which they already were). The work was completed on time and on budget as per the original estimate. The final result came out looking amazing, and the attention to detail was incredible - far beyond our expectations!

I am forever grateful to Home Quality Remodeling, I don't believe they know the kind of impact they have had on us :)  We are one of the business who got hit really hard during COVID in 2020 and on top of dealing with that uncertainty we also had one of our front windows (These are large windows) broken into pieces by someone with no heart (obviously) so we were affected by that as well and it seemed like we could not catch a break and then I heard from Adrienne Villavisencio.

She is a member of our awesome community and she told me that the owner of the company she works for Ron, from Home Quality Remodeling would want to help us out and repair our window for absolutely free!  I was in tears when I got home that night. Adrienne said they are just looking to give back to the community and I told them about you. As a business owner myself, I was so grateful to know that someone who I have never met (Ron and his team) would want to help us out just out of the goodness of their hearts. We have been in business for 10 years and we have never had a year like 2020 so it was so amazingly overwhelming (in the best possible way) to have someone help you the way they helped us by replacing our window for free. They came in last Saturday and installed our brand new window, I met Ron's team and they were all so kind, helpful and you could tell that they love Ron because of the way they speak of him. And in the end you know a company by its leader and if the owner of that company has a good heart everything will always work well and I don't know about you but that's the kind of people I want to work with.

Thank you Adrenne! We are so grateful for you. Thank you Roget! and thank you Ron and Home Quality Remodeling! you are changing lives and we appreciate you more than you know.

PS: You will always have a home here at Transform FX Fitness!

    bathroom remediation and rebuild
    $15,000

    Highest marks for HQR.

I contacted Rafi (Project Manager) after a disastrous experience with another contractor, who left us with a brand-new, leaking shower they refused to fix. Folks, very few contractors will step in and fix someone else's mess: it's just too much of a headache. But Rafi agreed to help us, thank goodness. He was delightful to work with and actually became a friend in the process. Having your house ripped up months after you've just completed a job is pretty traumatic: Rafi understood this and was really patient with our anxiety and all our questions. After he removed the faulty shower, he insisted that we test for mold to be thorough. I really didn't think this would be a problem after just a few months of leaking, but lo and behold, he was right. We had mold. Rafi helped us get it remediated quickly and then rebuilt our bathroom. He gave me a lot of good design advice in the process which the other contractor never bothered to do. Rafi is committed every step of the way to getting the job done RIGHT.

We are not just thankful for the good job HQR did, we are indebted to Rafi for taking on this very challenging project and making us smile at a really difficult time. Thank you HQR!

My husband and I were forced into an unexpected restoration on our home - due to a burst water pipe under the slab floor.

We had 3 companies bidding for the job, including Avi Edri a Project Manager from Home Quality Remodeling.

Right from the start, we knew we wanted to work with Avi and his team. He was very knowledgeable, confident and reassuring. Avi's communication skills throughout the whole process were exceptional. He encourages clients to reach out to him with any concerns or questions. Even when we could not immediately contact him he would manage to respond within 5 to 10 minutes. He's incredibly driven and offered multiple solutions to any problems or concerns we came across. He's flexible and detail-oriented. Avi had our backs every step of the way. We felt like Avi cared about our project as if it was his own property. He was able to finish the project one day before he told us it would be complete.

The HQR construction team lead by Miguel made what was once a mess beautiful again. Seamless drywall repair, gorgeous flooring, and paint were all on point and done with care. Simply put Avi and the crew at HQR care. If the customer is not happy, they are not happy. Avi is not only an exceptional Project Manager but he's also an incredible human being. Highly recommended! Thank you, Avi and team, at Home Quality Remodeling!

    Kitchen bathroom remodel
    $250,000

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our choice of HQR for our remodeling project. (We are currently towards the end of the planning process and have just pulled permits.) Our project manager, Eddie Stolik, has been simply outstanding. Truly, it has taken us 4 years of talking to various contractors, architects, and designers before we found the confidence to move ahead after meeting with Eddie. He is a wellspring of ideas and solutions as well as super-responsive in the many communications that go into planning a project such as ours. Eddie has also brought with him and managed so adeptly a great team of talented individuals.

Ron and crew did a complete remodel of my house that might as well be a new build. They built an 800+ sq ft addition in the back of the house while my family and I lived in the existing house. When they finished the addition, my family (wife, 4-year-old and 1-year-old) moved into the addition and Ron's crew completely demoed the interior walls of the existing house and built new rooms. They put on a new roof, new exterior, new floors, new everything. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they finished 3 months ahead of schedule! A lot of things could have gone horribly wrong living in a house with a young family while construction was going on, but Ron's team handled every issue with care and consideration. I highly recommend Home Quality Remodeling for any project, large or small! We couldn't be happier with our new home.

Kitchen remodel, bathroom repair, master bathroom remodel, lighting installation

Home Quality Remodeling (HQR) came through for my family big-time. We had some work done on the house previously but, for one reason or another, the contractor decided to stop showing up. We had four or five general contractors bid the job of finishing the house but we chose Home Quality Remodeling because they seemed honest, they were understanding after our negative experience with the prior contractor, and they were also reasonable. Also, we called up several references who vouched for HQR's competence.

We dealt mostly with Ronnie at HQR and he was a great resource. He was always willing to explain any detail or discuss any changes (and as someone going through this process for the first time, his patience was appreciated), and he also took care of the permits without issue.

There were a few bumps along the road, as I suspect there often are in these types of jobs. The tile guy accidentally sawed through the bathroom wall, the door jamb somehow got damaged, there were some minor scuffs on the floor, and the roman tub spout had to be replaced because some stupid person (...me) thought it would be a good idea to try to unscrew it. HQR took responsibility for any mistakes, though, as well as fixing my gaffes.

The job overall did take awhile to finish but I can't hold HQR accountable for that. It was my first experience doing this and I suspect I got in the way more than I should have. If I could offer a suggestion to anyone looking to update or remodel their house, it would be to choose and purchase EVERYTHING at the start and then to just let the contractor do his or her work (but knowing what "everything" is can be tricky!).

Now, after the dust has settled, I'm very happy with the finished product. I would recommend HQR for anyone looking for a contractor that not only actually finishes the job but takes pride in their work. I plan on hiring them in the future for any other projects that come up.

    Remodel two bathrooms and flooring
    $65,000

Terrific job by Fadil and Ben on our just completed remodel of two bathrooms and a bunch of tile flooring. Ron Poliker orchestrated a great crew, mostly Fadil and Ben, for the project and the results and the manner of work in our home could not have been better! We had to put the project on hold for four weeks because the planned tile didn't work out and the replacement had to be manufactured in Africa, but the crew was flexible and responsive while some might have become frustrated. Fadil and Ben were on time every day, very polite and communicative about the process, and basically wonderful to have on our project.

    $40,000

Working with Home Quality Remodeling was an easy experience for our master bathroom, all thing considered (we had major construction going on in our BEDROOM). Ronnie is an amazing contractor he took all our worries away. He was able to see my vision. I feel like he ended every conversation with “no worries”. Ronnie has an amazing work ethic, he was in my home checking work with every set till the very end. He follows through on his work, keeps you up-to-date on what is going on, answers phone calls or text, and will always answer questions in an honest way. The men Ronnie sent to my home were easy to work with and hard workers. I was very impressed with is tile guy, Juan, he did amazing work in my bathroom. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Ronnie again if I need to do anymore renovations in my home.

    Remodel bathroom

Our guest bathroom was just remodeled and we're elated with the result! We chose HQR based on reviews and their bid was not the highest that we got. Ronnie Ilan, our project manager, was the greatest. He recommended suppliers where we found exactly what we were looking for (we had looked around for tile and a vanity previously and it was overwhelming)! During construction, he constantly kept us updated and quickly responded to our needs. He truly wanted us to be happy with our new bathroom.

Although there were delays due to delivery of tile, the bathroom was completed ahead of schedule. At times there were 3 workers on site and they were polite, neat, and their work professional. The herringbone tile work in the shower is spot-on.

We were fortunate to discover HQR and are looking forward to working with Ronnie again. Highly recommend!

    complete home remodel

The remodel of our 1950’s era home remodel was just completed and we could not be happier with the result and experience working with HQR/Ron.

The experience Ron brought to the project, his overwhelming positive attitude, availability and proactive response to issues that came up (as with any project) were attributes that made the difference in our remodel. One of the attributes we came to value was Ron’s approach to mid-project plan changes; they were handled with minimal, or no impact to the process or schedule. His constant comment was that “at the end of the day, he wanted us to be happy with the remodel result and experience with HQR”, we came to realize was sincere and his actions mirrored that commitment.

Communication, work quality, schedule, professionalism and obviously cost were all important factors in our initial search for our remodel project. Fortunately for us all our criteria were met or exceeded by HQR.

Finally, we are way beyond pleased with the results of our remodel! Our old house looks amazing now! The difference for us is just overwhelming! Thank you HQR!!

    Bathroom
    $30,000

Our bathroom remodel project started on July 9, 2018 and ended on Sept 6, 2018. The project went two weeks over. The first couple of weeks was great, but things started to go downhill.

    Here is what disappointed us:
    1. Our project manager Ofri told us that for the entire duration of our remodel project that the crew assigned to us would be dedicated only us and not work on other homes. This was a lie; the crew didn't show up for the job on some days because they started new jobs. This is one of the reasons why our project was prolonged an additional 2 weeks.
    2. There was no point in having a project manager -- we ended up communicating directly with the construction crew for updates. There was clearly a communication/alignment issue between our project manager and the construction crew. For example, the crew working on our bathroom never got a copy of the bathroom designs we agreed on with HQR. I got the copy of the design and sent it to the crew myself.
    3. There were a few instances where we had short notice to go to Home Depot to buy stuff for the bathroom. I don't mind going but give us an advance notice and a list of what we need to get so we don't have to make multiple trips and waste our time.
    4. Our project manager kept telling us that work was almost finished when it clearly wasn't. He kept trying to rush the job and rush the crew. Due to the rush to finish and get paid, the work was very sloppy (wall scratches, dents, bad paint job); the crew had to spend another week redoing the work they've done to fix the mistakes.
    5. It was their job to buy our window. They got it and it was clearly broken, crooked upon opening. They said that's how the window operated, such bull. I wanted them to replace it, but we agreed to just get the window ourselves and for them to reinstall it/get reimbursed. I would've preferred them to take care of it and not have us waste our time.
    6. The last of thing I'll mention is how irritating it was how the last day of touch-ups we were rushed to walk through it and literally a minute after our construction crew leaves at 7:15pm, Ofri calls us to ask if he can pick up the check at 8pm. This is the kind of inconsiderate behavior that we've dealt with.

In short, we are satisfied with the completed bathroom, but was not happy with the project management. Had to let go of the small, imperfect things because we just didn't want to deal with it anymore.

I would not work with HQR again.

Response from Home Quality Remodeling, Inc September 18, 2020
Hi Brenda, This is Ron, the owner of Home Quality Remodeling. Thank you for bringing all of these concerns to our attention. First, let me apologize for your experiences with our company. We want all of our customers to feel confident that they are getting the best care during the production of their project. We have reached out to you privately; however, you have not responded. I would like to address a few things that you have mentioned in your review: * According to the contract that was signed, the project completion date is 9/1/18. The inspector signed the completion card on 8/14/18 and a certificate of completion was signed by the homeowner on 9/7/18. Verbal contracts are never made, and this is indicated on our contract, which was signed by the homeowner. * The bathroom installation was completed on 8/14/18, 2 weeks prior to the agreed completion date on the contract and the remaining work to be completed is the punch list. This is done with every job, by every contractor- not just us. * Homeowner told Ofri that she was not happy with the texture walls that we provided, therefore HQR provided smooth level 5 finish which is a $2000 value at no extra cost. * The window was installed, and the homeowner was unhappy with the way that it was closing. Our contractor, Jordan, went to Home Depot to purchase another window when he discovered that every window of that brand closes the exact same way. Ofri informed the homeowner of this and she was not satisfied, therefore Ofri offered for the customer to go to Home Depot, select a window of her choosing and we will not only reimburse her for it, but install it for free, which was done. * Once a project is completed, we call to arrange a meeting to sign the certificate of completion and collect the final payment. We apologize if you feel that Ofri was too quick to collect payment once the project was completed. Ofri felt that you were a delightful customer and we are sorry that these issues were unable to get resolved during the course of the project's construction. I would still very much like to have a one on one discussion with you regarding the outcome of your project. I wish you the best with your new bathroom.

    Bathroom Remodel project

We remodeled a master and guest bath, installed new wood floors and windows among other fixes that our house needed. We love the remodel - the place looks so new and clean. I'd highly recommend Home Quality Remodeling. Our Project Manager, Rafael Levi, was excellent. From the first meeting, he was really good at listening and coming up with a plan to meet our needs for the remodel. During the project, Rafael kept things moving in the right direction and had the perfect amount of communication without being too overbearing. We always knew the status of the project and Rafael ensured that things were done to our satisfaction. He went the extra mile at the end to make sure the last items were addressed appropriately.

    Full Remodeling (multiple rooms)
    $50,000

Ron did a big renovation work in my condo in Emeryville, and I have nothing but praise to give him for his amazing work.

In the beginning finding a contractor was definitely not an easy task, many come and tell you stories, or give you insanely expensive quotes. It's very hard to find someone authentic, with good prices, and especially someone trustworthy.

I was lucky enough to find Ron in the last second before moving states, and he was able to complete my entire renovation work from start to finish whilst I was completely away. He sent me updates and photos, and was super diligent and worked hard to make sure I'm 100% satisfied.

My renovation included adding an additional room, breaking load bearing walls, replacing the entire kitchen and all this while getting city approvals and HOA approvals.

Without Ron I wouldn't of been able to get my condo looking as amazing as it is today. I wholeheartedly recommend Ron, and will continue to use his expertise for future renovations.

Wanted a bathroom remodel involving moving a wall to make the bathroom larger. Went with HQR although they were higher priced than the nearest quote, I liked that they were reviewed as being fast, high quality, and finishing the job. My experience differed from the reviews. The main issue was a lack of planning/measurements which led to a smaller vanity and many delays. The delays were caused by additional tile orders, work that needed to be redone (at HQR's expense), and my search for a smaller vanity. So why the 5 star review? First, the end result was high quality; second, the management team ensured I was happy with the work; and most importantly, I'm convinced that problems that I experienced have been addressed by the owner Ron Poliker and the Production Manager Shay so it won't happen again. The project manager on my job no longer works for HQR, detailed drawings are to be approved by the customer, Ron is implementing quality checklists, and he conducted project management training. So, in summary, HQR provided high quality, exceptional customer service and, most impressively, Ron went the extra mile to implement customer experience improvements.

upgrade the electric panel and a new sub panel in the garage

I was looking for someone to give me a bid on remodeling both of our bathrooms. After getting bids from various contractors 7 to be exact. HQR had the most resonable and practical solution. we had to upgrade our electrical as well. Haim suggested to upgrade my electrical first and foremost before we started the bathroom remodels. We had a total of 7 circuits for the whole house. Upgrading main electrical panel and new sub panel in the garage. Supply and replace existing electrical panel box with new 125 amp panel box to include breaker and wire organization. Installed new sub-panel 16/32 in the garage. They were expeditious with getting the proper permits from the city of Piitsburg Ca. and working with PG&E to get a work crew in a timely manner. Definitely 5 stars for HQR. Next the guest bathroom with a shower stall.

    Bathroom Remodel project

I am very happy with the bathroom remodel completed by Home Quality Remodeling.
Haim Zonenhin, the Project Manager, assisted me from the beginning of the project. With his business connections and his good taste he helped me to pick out some beautiful finish products!
Jeff Anderson, the Contractor, completed the project from demo to finish tile.
He is very competent in all phases of remodeling and the bathroom looks beautiful!
Two employees of HQR installed the barn door. It came unpainted but they said don't worry we'll paint it for you. They did a great job and even installed the handles!
I would highly recommend Home Quality Remodeling for any home remodeling project!

    Multi-Room Remodel project

If you want budget overruns and missing deadlines, HQR is not for you. With our multi-room remodel they finished right on budget (absorbed some extra costs to keep the numbers) and a full week before the initial estimated finish date. Their high ratings are well deserved. Aharon (their project manager) was great throughout our project. Detail oriented proactive problem solvers, great crew members. Very satisfied with the experience, will work with them again.

    Decks and Porches project

After getting 5 other bids, Home Quality Remodeling came in with a good price and a great schedule for my small-ish job. When doing the work, they were communicative and also adapted to dry rot that was worse than expected. They had no problems getting their work approved twice by the City of Berkeley. It was such a nice experience that I will ask them to bid on some of the projects I have coming up.

Also, I appreciated the project manager that I worked with: Assi Zvik. He was a good mix of experienced and practical which worked well for my job that had a tight deadline.

    $45,000

HQR just finished up a remodel of my kitchen. Here are the top 5 things that I liked about working with Ron and HQR:
-Fair price. His bid was considerably lower than the next guy. He was open and honest about any potential future add-ons, and then when there were add ons (as there invariably are with a big project in an old house), he was fair with that price, too. And he didn't sweat the small stuff (e.g. he didn't charge me extra for nice paint.)
-Flexibility. He never flipped out when things had to change direction. Did I mention that this is an old house? Over 100 years old. In the process of remodeling the kitchen, we discovered a chimney we didn't know was there and all kinds of other minor quirks. Ron adjusted quickly to all changes (including me changing my mind a few times :) and made sure the work still got done to everyone's satisfaction.
-Great communication. This is not my first remodel/major work done in my home--this is the first time I've worked with folks who communicated so well. He always responded right away to any questions I had, even when I texted him on the weekend (I should thank his family too!), and he communicated directly and clearly every step of the way. He was also nice to my toddler who wanted to play with all the construction tools :)
-Efficiency & quality (well, I guess these are 2 things). They got the job done early even while respecting my wishes to avoid weekend work (my toddler thanks him). And it looks great!
-Integrity. When a few last minute things came up AFTER we'd already paid him, he made sure someone was here to address it right away. That's pretty cool.

    Roofing project

Haim and Home Quality Remodeling did a great job on my new roof; they were informative and prompt in communication throughout the project. When they encountered some issues with the gutter installation that required a change in plans and custom gutter fabrication and a bit of a delay, they were communicative and completed the project at the original agreed upon price.

    Bathroom Remodel

From start to finish, Haim and his crew, Greg & Neil, were exceptional. They were very focused on the result I was looking for and freely made suggestions that resulted in a completed project that exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail was amazing, they were truly artisans when it came to the tile work and design. With all the projects Haim had going, he never lost sight of my little bathroom remodel and was regularly on site monitoring the progress and quality of the work. The site was always protected and cleaned up daily. I could not have asked for a better partner or outcome. Haim and his guys are the best.

I think our initial talk was great.
Unfortunately, took nearly 3 weeks for a ball park estimate, not even a full proposal.
Also was very expensive compared to the other people I have talked to; was over average cost by $50k.

Several projects on an old Victorian
    $20,000

Quality Home Remodeling has done several projects for my father over the years on his house in Alameda. Based on his recommendation I have had them do work on my home too. I highly recommend the company.

Haim is an experienced general contractor and up on all the codes and permit process. He can even help with getting drawinga done. Haim can really figure out the best way to do the work and offered some great ideas that saved us a lot of money. His crew did a lot of protection work to keep other areas clean and protected while working. His workers were all friendly, polite and helpful.

I plan to call him again soon for a project I have in mind.

5 Star Honest, fast and reliable remodeling with quality!

It took a long time for my husband and I to decide on a general contractor. The fact is there are just so many of them in Bay area. We had to compare 5 different bidders and evaluated based on the price, service, past records, Contractor license Board history and their personality. It was quite daunting given we were doing the whole house including kitchen, master bath, hall way bath and guest bath. We decided to pick Ron and HQR because we feel very confident and comfortable in his approach and he is always on time and fast to respond. He isn't the cheapest but his quote is very reasonable. You just need to work with him on your demands and budget.

Once the project started after July 4th weekend, everything flew fast. He has reliable crew that works in the house and he checks the progress a few times a week. Whenever we have questions or concerns, he is always able to solve the problem and provide a solution. Our project just wrapped up in the beginning of September and it came out beautifully. Ron and his team really delivered over expectations! They strive to solve problems, exceeded expectations and always looked out for the customers!

I will definitely recommend Ron and HQR to be your next contractor.

    Bathroom kitchen

We had recently moved to the East Bay from out of state. The home we had purchased was outdated and in need of kitchen and bathroom remodeling. After several contracting bids and a long process, we decided that Quality Home Remodeling was by far the most qualified. They took time to really understand what we wanted our home to look like with the new additions. They made sure all their work added to the value and the equity in our home. We did eventually out grow that home. Our remodel increased the selling price by 30%! Thank you Quality Home Remodeling!

My bathroom was in total disrepair. I was told it would take 1 month and $20,000 to make it usable and the way I had envisioned it. I didn't know until speaking to Ron that the previous company I almost hired was overcharging by 75%! Ron was able to do the work for under $7500 and it only took 10 days. He has a vast knowledge of permits from the city, and called the right people to work on this (Plummer and electrician) he not only earned my trust but he saved be $12,500!!

I went to Home Quality Remodeling because a friend referred me and they helped me from the moment I contacted. Ron, the Project manager and everyone in the company were so efficient and helped me get exactly what I wanted, and more! I now have a beautiful new kitchen and a happy family. Great people to work with, quality and professional services. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had Ahron "Ron" Poliker as our Project Manager and his team that came to do our 800 sq. ft addition and remodel were A+++++ Ron kept everything organized, well-written out plan and stages, specific budget goals outlined and flexible with changes and timing. His team came everyday, on time, were quiet and respectful, cleaned up at the end of the day so we wouldn't have to deal with any messes while we lived in the house being remodeled. They took our cares and concerns seriously and left us with a beautiful home with quality workmanship and they also finished earlier than our timeline. If I had to do it all over again, I would, as I felt that we did not have a negative experience like other friends of ours had with their contractors. We highly recommend Ron and his crew! This is a team that delivers what they say. On Time. On Budget. And honest! (That is hard to find these days!)

Ron is a true professional. I would recommend him and his team for any project. They built us a 900 sq ft addition and then remodeled the rest of our home. Everything is new except the original four walls of the house. They basically built us a brand new home and they did so 3 months ahead of schedule. We couldn't be happier.
