Parsco did a fantastic job on a tough project. Amir, Max and the Parsco team was on top of everything from day 1. This commercial buildout had everything you could think of from dealing with a very old structure to working with multiple general contractors on a very busy site but Parsco was wonderful in keeping everything on track. Amir and his team made several great suggestions not only to assist with our design but to also to save us some money on potential big dollar change orders. Extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Amazing Experience!

I had ParsCo assist with the build out of a custom commercial kitchen. They did an amazing job accommodating my detailed designs and tight organization. I would absolutely recommend them for any job as they were a pleasure to work with and paid attention to the finest details.

I hired Parsco and Amir's team for a new commercial project and my business. Not only did Amir personally oversee the design to make sure we were within my budget, he fought for me when issues came up that would slow down construction, raise my costs, and pushed the project through to completion. Parsco and Amir are rockstars and they are the best when you need a construction company that knows how to take care of the customer and get the project done right. They treat your money like it's theirs. You can't go wrong with Parsco.

Our experience with ParsCo was excellent. We purchased an older home that was in need of major updating. Amir provided a budget and directed and guided us through the process in making selections to finalize our flooring, tub, kitchen, shower, barn doors, hardware, cabinets..... Amir also made suggestions on floorplan changes that we loved and even paint colors. Our newly remodeled home is beautiful and we didn't have to pay a designer which allowed us to put that money towards higher end products. We love the fact that he only does a few homes each year and realize how lucky we were to hire him now that our home is done. His expertise is unparalleled and he has a great eye for design. Pricing wise we went over our budget because we chose some really pricey fixtures, and the timeline took a little longer because of unexpected issues we discovered during demolition. Parsco advised us throught the entire process so even when something bad came up we were prepared and ok with it. This home is gorgeous and we highly recommend Parsco if you are lucky enough to get them to find time to do your project.

Fantastic is all I can say. Amir asked me to leave a review when I expressed my gratitude for the fantastic job ParsCo did. Fantastic. Truly fantastic. Worth every penny and his budget was spot on. We spent more on upgrades and changes but the overall price for the project was well worth it. Thank you Amir and I hope you read this. I recommend you 100 percent.

We were very pleased with everything and feel that Parsco did an exceptional job. We paid for a cheap price for a design that left a lot to the imagination. All the prices we had were all over the place. Parsco gave us a budget that we could live with and did a cost plus deal that ended up right where we wanted to be. Then project took a little longer because we agreed that the cost was most important so we sacrificed speed and Parsco was able to do everything for the cost we wanted and the quuality was amazing. Couldn't be happier with them. Thank you Amir!

Exceeded my expectations. Can't really express in a short review how fantastic Amir was and how he went over and beyond to respond and give my project extra attention. His knowledge and answers to every question always made me know he had my best interest at heart.

They did a fantastic job and completed a major renovation in less that 30 days by working 7 days a week and late hours just to meet our grueling schedule. All the work was top notch, and the level of management and communication was better than we ever could have expected. Our project was finished and we opened well before we expected.

I have hired and fired so many builders but when I engaged Amir and his team for a new project it was by far the best experience I have ever had. I wish I knew about his firm sooner.
