First of all, we love the finished product. Our new kitchen and bath are wonderful, and we'll enjoy them for years to come.

There were some communication issues that made the project difficult, however, and I wish it had been better. Plus, Promodeling put us in charge of inspecting all the furnishings and fixtures as they arrived, and we weren't living at the job site. That part was confusing and difficult. The project also took considerably longer than we'd planned.

Like I said, we love the finished product, but I wish getting there had been smoother.

Remove old siding, replace with new, added insulation, and painting. The job was done with care, good workmanship, care for the surrounding yard/ garden elements, and property left in good clean condition. Work was completed as agreed to but scheduling was a bit too changeable. Hard to know when to be available for worker access. Good attitude of all workers. I can readily recommend the company to others and would seriously consider them for additional work if needed.

Although we didn't end up closing the bid, they were extremely thorough and professional in their proposal, with multiple site visits and careful estimates.

We had a great experience with ProModeling when doing a garage renovation. Our garage had been mostly untouched since our house was built 40 years ago, and it showed. We had to remove some of the original shelving the previous owner had installed in order to fit the electrical sub panels for our solar project, and we were no longer able to store everything or fit our cars.

We contacted several vendors for an estimate. Right away, Alexandra stood out by being attentive, making suggestions and recommendations, and overall showing a lot of interest. We worked together to come up with a plan and we stuck with it. The one change order that we made was at our request after Juan made a suggestion on how we could improve the cosmetics of the garage by hiding the water heater and furnace, something that was an original goal but that we didn’t know how to accomplish. Juan also helped out in purchasing doors and paint according to our specification, and even had his workers do some ‘handyman’ work inside the house at our request. Alexandra also helped connect us to a cabinet supplier and assisted us in making the right choice.

We will be going with ProModeling again for our future projects, including a new laundry room and the kids’ bathroom!

They have a team of skilled, hardworking, understanding and cooperative professionals who did awesome patio construction work in our house. We will give them a complete five stars for this.

There was a leakage issue in our roof and the cause was undetectable. But their team examined the roof so carefully and found the root cause in no time. Further, they did amazing Roof repair work within our budget. We are so happy to hire them and recommend them to all.

Home remodeling generally causes a lot of clutter. Promodeling made ours seamless. We had all the common areas in our building with new tile floor, new paint and some more tenant Improvement tasks. The association and myself are very pleased with their customer service, fast responsive, professionalism and construction.

We wanted to added a kid's room to our already constructed property. Most companies were sending us estimates and quotes outside our budget. Finally, my friend suggested contacting Promodelling Inc. All thanks to their team and the owner Guy for doing a great job without causing much hassle. Our kids are so happy to see their new room. We suggest all to avail of their excellent services.

Promodeling did a great job for us to replace siding on two sides of our house, replace trim, prep and prepare all sides of the house for painting, and painted the house. We have a two story house so this was quite a project. We started it in March and the Promodeling crew worked super hard to keep to the timeline they established, managing the project through multiple rainstorms and shelter in place rules. The crew was really professional and hardworking, coming on the weekends as necessary to bring the project in as close to the timeline as possible. Guy, Solomon, Kris, and the team were easy to work with and very responsive to feedback as the project went along. I felt that they addressed concerns immediately and professionally. They were transparent about additional work that would be good to have (like insulation, thanks Kris!) and the future issues we may consider doing as funds become available. This was not a cheap project but I felt it was money well spent given the great result.

I hired Promodeling to remodel my kitchen, and they did such a great job I hired them back to remodel my bathroom too. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. They provided great quality and service, and I felt like they were collaborative partners through the process, working with me to figure out what I wanted and provide different options. The results are beautiful. I highly recommend these guys - you won't regret it!

The Promodeling team did a wonderful job on my house. I worked with Gilad, William and their team on a few remodeling projects and they all turned out beautifully. (A facelift for my fence that looks gorgeous and a full remodel to turn a windowless concrete basement into a light-filled windowed room.) They were responsive and were true partners through the process, helping me select materials, walking me through different budget scenarios, and staying in contact throughout. ProModeling came to give me an estimate on repairing and replacing a section of the roof of my office building that had been severely damaged by a faulty pump. The drain pipes had to be replaced and reseated before the roof job could start, but Guy Oren stayed in close touch and scheduled his team to begin work the day after the piping job was completed. During the reroofing, I received photos and texts of the progress and, when additional damage was uncovered, Guy explained the extra work and costs involved. I was highly satisfied with the job performed by Pro Modeling and would absolutely recommend them to others. Guy Oren was an excellent communicator; working with him and his roofers was a pleasure.

We had an excellent experience having Promodeling Inc. constructing our deck. Guy and crew were prompt and professional and their work product is beautiful. I give them my highest recommendation.

Promodeling was fine, but I'm looking for a painting company specifically, not a general contractor

Promodeling helped me with my dream project of a deck build. The front of my home looks just like I hoped it would. The team that worked here were very thoughtful, kind, cheerful and cleaned up after themselves every day.
I am quite impressed with how Guy runs his company. Just amazing.

Guy is very responsive. I never felt out of the loop as work progressed. All concerns were addressed promptly. Our house got a new coat of paint, new gutters, new fence and a new back porch. It's a joy to come home to.

I had a complete separate laundry room that was needed to be done for the use of five families. It included gas, electrical, plumbing, carpeting, painting work. The results were great at every stage of the project.
Guy, the owner of the company responded to every phone call and a messenger I sent him. He let me have a pice of mind and called me whenever there was a decision needed to be made by me.
I have never seen such a great General contrary as Guy and great team of professionals that he works with.

I had a very good experience working with ProModeling who worked on making me new exterior front stairs. Guy explained what was going to happen, and then stayed in communication with me every step of the way. He was responsive to my questions/e-mail and made sure our communications were clear. His workers were friendly and I felt everyone was doing their best. I'm happy with the results and would recommend him.

The contractor was not experienced in building a porch or pathway. They touted themselves as custom builders on high end homes. Right from the beginning the project started off with the wrong crew and very inexperienced workers. Tbe porch was built 4 times wrong, The tile on pathway had several mistakes and had to be fixed at our expense and it still has flaws that cannot be fixed. As of today water pools at tbe landing around door - adding to another problem to fix.

My husband and I were talking about doing a bathroom remodel to accommodate his mothers needs. We saw Guy get out of his truck and so we spoke to him briefly about the process. He took the time to give us an overview on our project. We scheduled an actual appointment for the next day. He came out and wow’d us again. He and his crew started our bathroom remodel with in a week and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. He kept in contact with us to keep us in the loop so that there were no surprises. Guy was excellent in all aspects. He came in second in terms of pricing and was willing to match our bids just to take care of his team and make sure they had steady projects coming in. Would have used him but he ended up as our backup because our HOA preferred the winning bids references.

Guy Oren from Promodeling came to our home to help us with our kitchen remodel. We really enjoyed the relationship we created with the Promodeling Team. Guy helped us figure out what made sense to keep and what we should re do. He guided us in our design process. He brought ideas to the table which he and his team made a reality. I met with Guy Oren from Promodeling to do a bathroom remodel in my home. It was nothing short of impeccable. He is a master in his craft. He gave me options and helped me see possibilities I never knew existed. He and his crew finished a week ahead of time. The workmanship and professionalism that Guy brings is incredible. I would recommend Guy Oren of Promodeling for your home improvement needs.

Told me a standard bathroom remodel would cost thirty thousand dollars and that I wasted his time coming to my house with a budget of 10k. Note that his admin person did not ask me my budget when I spoke to her over the phone. He walked out of my house pouting. Guy was rude and extremely unprofessional!

I enjoyed working with Guy Oren and his crew. The project was to install siding battens on about 6000sf of siding to cover uncaulked panel joints of a previous contractor. In addition, some flashing was installed between a next-door building. Guy and his crew needed to use two neighbors' roofs to perform the work and took care to use roof protection for ladders and other equipment. They caulked the battens very well. Guy came out to inspect the work and found some details he wanted to improve. I appreciated that. His crew showed up on time and worked diligently to beat the scheduled window for the roof access. Thanks for your help, Promodeling!

Good communication. Was on time and knowledgeable about the scope of work that needs to be done. Liked that he was in house full service and would not need to contract out any part of the work. Only drawback was the slight push to make decision quickly. Not going to rush a decision re a $15K-$35K job. Otherwise he is showing initiative and is very helpful with trying to come up with a solution that won't break the bank so to speak. Currently awaiting estimate.

These guys rebuilt a backyard studio for me and also did remodeling on a Victorian I help manage in the City. The work was excellent and on schedule, for a reasonable price. Both properties look fantastic now, and Guy made the decision-making on flooring, paint, fixtures etc. very easy. I can strongly recommend Promodeling for a remodeling/renovation project.

Recently I was looking tobredone my driveway. I looked up several contractors and found Promodeling to be the most professional with deisgn and knowledge. Guy and his team were helpful to recommend the right stamp pattern, base color and contrast that perfectly complimentary with my house paint. I am happy with the results and get tons of feedbacks. My wife and I have remodeled our 2 bathrooms last September. The work and workmanship were outstanding as well as the overcome. Promodeling team were efficient, walked with us all the way through the process since the design, picking up the right materials that we like and every step on the way. We are very please with the job results and we get very nice feedbacks from family and friends. We would definitely recommend Promodeling as a good partner to do business with. We currently considering doing our Kitchen and if we will. We definitely do it again with Promodeling team.

Where do I start ... I had the best bathroom remodeling experience which I am very lucky for ! From start to finish Guy the project manager was very informative and always made sure I got exactly the end result I envisioned. I was very involved In the process ( safe to say I'm very particular ) .
It took 2 and a half weeks which I was told will take up to 3 weeks.I am very happy and will 100% recommend Promodeling thank you Guy and the rest of the crew !
